Our Story: A Mission to Innovate

Tybotics Technology LTD was incorporated in 2025 as a response to the systemic failures in Nigeria's digital payment ecosystem.

From Frustration to Foundation

The company was founded by Ubongabasi Joseph after his personal experience with payment system failures, where he lost funds due to bank reconciliation errors and encountered unresponsive customer service. This frustrating experience revealed a widespread problem affecting millions of Nigerians daily, inspiring the creation of an AI-driven solution to automate payment reconciliation and dispute resolution.

The founding team was assembled to combine software development expertise (Ubongabasi Joseph - CEO), technical development leadership (Christian Chimezie Osuji - CTO), and operational excellence (Mujeeb Olaleye - COO), creating a comprehensive capability to address Nigeria's payment challenges through innovative technology.
